Sir I just wanted to tell you;
1.) very speedy shipping
2.) no other sign company or neon company bothered to tell me I could use an AC transformer instead of using the ac-dc transformer going into the plug and then it converting it back to AC for the neon tubes. That worked perfectly and now I've got a nice bright Harley neon hanging on my wall again thanks to you. I was about ready to toss the $250 clock in the trash and get another.. Instead, $50 later and I'm good as new.

Hey Juan, I wanted to let you know I received the neon. It was extremely well packaged, thanks for that. I was a little worried at first, because the tubing was a little thicker than my original, which made it tight in a couple of spots. I nervously wiggled it in to place, and clipped it in where I could. There were a couple of spots that didn't quite line up, but all in all it fit pretty well. After connecting all the pieces, I turned it on. It looked great! The colors were a perfect match to the original. I don't think anyone could ever tell it wasn't original. Now if I can just manage to safely manage to hang it up, life will be great. :) Thanks again for making me the new piece, and good luck with your future projects. I have a St. Louis Blues hockey neon sign. It is the only neon sign that I have, and I purchased this at a bargain price approximately 10 years ago. It stopped working recently. In performing research on your site, I realized that the transformer was bad. I ordered a new one from you and viewed your video on how to replace a transformer. First of all, I cannot believe how fast you shipped the new transformer. It arrived so fast that I thought you might actually be my neighbor! I was very pleased with this service! I performed the repair as you demonstrated on your video. Needless to say, the repair was not a problem at all. I did have to drill new holes in the frame, but with the appropriate drill bit this was a non-issue. My sign is working now better than before. The repair was simple after viewing your video, and once again fantastic service and speed on shipping me the new transformer. Thank you so much!
